T-Cube Signs, LLC may be referred as T-Cube Signs throughout the website. Anyone accessing this website agrees to the Terms and Conditions regarding the use of the T-Cube Signs site. You (customer, purchaser, reseller, visitor of the website) are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All applicable laws and regulations apply and you agree to be responsible for the compliance to any applicable local laws. This agreement and the rights and obligation of the parties shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. If a provision in this agreement is found to be legally unenforceable that provision will be severed from the rest of the agreement which otherwise continues to operate as originally written. Please do not use or access this website if you do not agree to any terms and conditions.

Any and all the materials provided on this Site are the property of T-Cube Signs. None of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or displayed in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, or photocopying, without the prior written permission of T-Cube Signs.

T-Cube Signs makes no expressed or implied warranties with regard to the content and material of any kind. All of the materials provided on this site are "as is". T-Cube Signs does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy, or reliability of or the results of the use of this Site or of any other site linked to this Site. T-Cube Signs shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, negligent, or consequential damages from the use of the materials provided on this Site. These damages may include but are not limited to the loss of data or profit.

Any material, information or idea transmitted using this Site by any means will be treated non-confidential and non-proprietary. T-Cube Signs will have the full authority to use the materials transmitted using this Site for its promotional, designing, and/or marketing purpose without limitation. This site prohibits the posting or transmission of any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.

T-Cube Signs may at any time it deems appropriate, revise or modify these Terms and Conditions of Use of this site. By entering or using this Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of use and access of the Site including any revisions to these Terms and Conditions that T-Cube Signs deems appropriate. You should routinely review these Terms and Conditions.

T-Cube Signs may at times offer promotions or discounts. These promotions will be valid until either the supplies of the promotional items last or the management of T-Cube Signs decides to end the promotion or discounts including Loyalty or Discount Club membership. The promotions may end without any notice.

Privacy and General Policies
T-Cube Signs respects the privacy of its users who visit T-Cube Signs web site. T-Cube Signs, in order to assist its customers or visitors to the site may ask for information such as name and organization, i.e. First & Last Name, Company Name, e-mail address, company address etc. This information may be required as a necessary part to contact you for questions to furnish your order. This information will not be sold or rented to any third parties at any time. T-Cube Signs may outsource one or more of the activities from the given project. In order to process the user requirements, T-Cube Signs may be required to supply some or all of the information gathered from the customer to the companies directly or indirectly involved with the project. A customer is defined as a temporary client, permanent client, potential client, a person requesting a quote or an inquiry, or simply the user of this site.

T-Cube Signs reserves the right to post the name and information of the customer and the photographs and designs of the products on its website for the projects it has or is currently conducting. Testimonials may also be solicited from users and may also be posted on T-Cube Signs web site. In order to keep the privacy of the customers and the employees of T-Cube Signs, any information such as an employee name etc., will be taken out of the postings. Hence, the posted testimonials may be altered without actually changing the meaning and contents of the original testimonials.

T-Cube Signs may also send out periodic emails or written materials to the customers. If at any time the customer does not wish to receive these mailings, the customer may request to "opt out" by completing the form and stating "Remove from email list" under comments in the "Contact Us" page of the website.

Orders, Payments and Shipping/Handling
T-Cube Signs is an online store. All standard nameplates are available to be purchased through the website. Since the designing process for the interior signs involves back and forth communication between T-Cube Signs and you, the quote will be provided once the requirements for the interior sign has been determined. The designs and order processing will initiate after the payment has been received. Any nameplate specification not on the website will be considered an interior sign. Inquiry on the interior signs can be made by filling out the form under “Interior Signs” menu option. T-Cube Signs will provide a quote or communicate with you to get the requirements for your project to provide you an estimated quote. The Customer will make payment for interior signs provided in the Quote using the “Pay Now” button.

Most products can be shipped to all fifty (50) states. All purchases will be in the US Dollars. The Prices, minimum quantities and specifications are subject to change without notice. The actual color of the products may differ from those shown on the website as a result of transmitting the image to the website or availability of material from the supplier.
T-Cube Signs does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current and may have technical, typographical, pricing, or photographic errors.  T-Cube Signs may make changes to the products from time to time to correct any such errors, add remove or amend products and pricing to reflect market conditions and customer demand on its website at any time without notice.

It is your responsibility to review and make sure all data sent to T-Cube Signs is correct as this data is copied and pasted directly from the orders confirmed on the website. T-Cube Signs has no obligation to remake the order if the information provided is incorrect.

The products are shipped out of our facility within 10 business days. Rush orders are only entertained based on the availability of stock and capacity to process rush orders. The pricing for rush orders and its shipping/handling charges may be double or even quadruple based on what the product is and how soon is it required. Rush orders also includes the charges for the prioritization of the processing and manufacturing of the order. Shipping and Handling charges are fixed based on quantity ordered. Generally, the Rush Shipping will be a two-day priority mail by USPS. However, the shipping carrier may be UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping and Handling charges based on quantity ordered may change without any notice. The timeframe to ship an order including the Rush orders may be delayed with holidays, availability of materials, natural calamities, pandamics, or any other such events. Single order may be split into multiple shipments or multiple orders may be combined into a single shipment.

Since the dimensions and weight are important elements to calculate shipping and handling changes, it is not possible to provide the exact charges for shipping and handling on the customized orders until the order is finalized and ready to be shipped. Sometimes the customer may be billed additionally for these charges at the time of shipping the order.

 Once the products are shipped, the damages, loss of shipment, or late delivery incurred during or due to shipping must be addressed directly with the carrier within 7 days of receipt of the shipment or expected shipment date as the responsibility of T-Cube Signs ends with shipping of the product. All shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt before using the product. Filling of such a claim with the carrier does not change the terms of payment due to T-Cube Signs. The products are custom designed and manufactured by T-Cube Signs based on individual customer requirements; hence, the orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled.
 
T-Cube Signs is located in Texas and have sales tax collection obligations for the state of Texas. Any shipments within the state of Texas will be taxable. You may be responsible for sales or use tax within your own jurisdiction.
 
Indemnification
The Customer (end-user, purchaser, reseller, visitor to the website, or anyone visiting, purchasing, or attempting to purchase or place an order from T-Cube Signs) agrees to hold T-Cube Signs harmless and indemnify from any and all liability including but not limited to the loss, damage, cost of expense, attorney fees, court costs, which may incur due to resale, install, stock, material, packaging, shipping and handling, support, service, use of website, purchase using credit card, labeling, specifications, breach of agreement, cost to third parties, change in price, change in product quality, change in stock color and text, delays in shipment, delays in production, patent, trademark, and copyright infringement. In addition, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold T-Cube Signs and its partners and third party i.e. owners, employees, salespeople, resellers, etc. harmless from any and all liability, expenses, loss, damage, and legal costs which T-Cube Signs may suffer or incur. 
 
User of this website agrees to indemnify and hold T-Cube Signs harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses that arise from User's breach of these terms or in connection with User's use or the transmission of Content. This website is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

T-Cube Signs may manufacture or may use a third party for the manufacture of the nameplates and interior signs. T-Cube Signs only sells signs for indoor use. The warranty on signs does not cover any damage caused to the signs (nameplates and interior signs) due to modifications, improper storage, abuse, accident, vandalism, neglect, mishandling, installing, uninstalling, displaying outdoors, etc. The warranty is applicable only on the materials and not on the labor and S&H charges. In order to determine the damage, T-Cube Signs will require the signs from the Customer to evaluate the damage. The yearly maximum to claim damage cannot exceed the price of the material from the total amount of the purchase with a maximum of $500 for a customer.

This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior agreements between T-Cube Signs and you. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended orally, or executed without the consent of both T-Cube Signs and the you in writing. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be binding upon each party’s successors and assigns, as applicable. T-Cube Signs may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
